The Bear presents HANDMADE: stories of self-creation

That’s the thing with handmade items. They still have the person’s mark on them, and when you hold them, you feel less alone.

Prepare a story exploring the challenge of handmade: your 6th attempt at making a soufflé and it worked!; the drama of fixing your washing machine using a Youtube handyman video; finding yourself in a real mess that you alone wonderfully created; Do-It-Yourself projects, dreams, nightmares; having two left hands; butter fingers, or a green thumb; giving someone a hand; the downside of being everyone’s handyman; getting caught with take-out cartons in the kitchen when she thought you made the dinner yourself; what do your handmade gifts reveal about you?

Tell us your 7-min challenge to do it on your own.
