"Hero-to-Zero Stories / Scheitern" (February)

  • Meeet Pavillion Chausseestraße Berlin, Berlin Germany (map)

You have a dream job and then comes the dreadful boss; you reach down to grab that 100 euro bill when a wind gust blows it away; your IT start-up is worth millions and the 2008 financial crisis arrives; you just made the final payment on your new car and your son crashes it the next day; you graduate from college and a year later, you're unemployed and in debt; you finally find the perfect, beautiful, affordable apartment and the owner decides on someone else; you're invited on stage, the light is shining, the audience is listening and you blackout ...

We always hear about people's success stories and you start to think you are the only one who makes dumb-ass mistakes or has bad luck.

Prepare 5-minute stories about mistakes, misfires, misfortunes, and mishaps:

As Charlie Chaplin once said, Failure is unimportant. It takes courage to make a fool of yourself."

This month, we invited the Innovative Technology Meetup to join us with their over 3,000 members from Berlin's lively international tech scene.
